The terms and conditions set out your rights, and those of Filthy Chilli ("we" or "us"), in relation to this website.
We are a Sole Trader company Danniella Sophia Photography t/a Filthy Chilli in England and Wales the address of our registered office is 31 Hedley Road, Saint Albans, AL1 5JL. Our trading address is Top Floor Offices, Unit B, Batford Mill Industrial Estate, Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, AL5 5BZ.
In these Terms, "Filthy Chilli" refers to us, the Site, and/or the Services.
By placing an order with Filthy Chilli, you agree to engage into a contract with us under these Terms.
You must not use this Website if you do not agree to these Terms.
You can pay for your items at Filthy Chilli with PayPal, a credit card, a debit card, or your PayPal funds.
We may need to cancel an order from time to time for the following reasons:
- If for any reason, we do not have your desired goods in stock
- If there was an error in the pricing or product description
- If you are under the age of 18 without parental consent
- If you use any malicious, threatening or bribing behaviour.
- The customer has used multiple discount their order to obtain free products.
We try to ship all orders between 1-14 business days. Delivery times and pricing will vary depending on the things you choose. More information is provided below. We send a confirmation email the day your order is sent. According to Royal Mail, a majority of all Second Class mail arrives two days following shipment, but it sometimes take longer. Our shipping costs include the cost of packing and shipping your product. The postage cost is subject to change at any time by Filthy Chilli. Filthy Chilli will normally tell you of available dispatch dates and the expected timeframe for receiving your purchase during the order process; nevertheless, Filthy Chilli does not guarantee delivery dates or timings. We will make you aware of delivery prices at checkout, prior to payment.
Filthy Chilli provides customers with Free 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery. Customers can choose to opt for any upgradeable postage options at checkout, it is up to the customers digression to choose the correct postage option at checkout. It is not the liability of Filthy Chilli to ensure your item(s) arrive on time due to the selected courier company of choice at the time of shipping. Filthy Chilli will not be held accountable for any loss, financial loss or damage caused for the use of a shipping company such as Royal Mail, Evri, DX Express. It is always down to the customer to ensure they select the correct shipping. We will NOT refund or compensate any customer for any order in the circumstance that it does not arrive on time. Please refer to the Delivery and Refunds Page for information on how to return your items you no longer require.
We will ship items in the order they are purchased. Filthy Chilli will not accept any bribes or threats or malice behaviour in regards to shipping items quicker. If the customer displays any of the listed mannerisms Filthy Chilli reserves the right to cancel your order immediately, issue and full refund and refuse service again. Filthy Chilli reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone. Under 18’s must be accompanied whilst using this website. If you are under the age of 18 you must get parental consent before ordering.
If an attempt at delivery is made and you fail to rearrange or collect your item from the sorting office (Royal Mail) and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying postage so that we can have it resent to
you. If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us.
The shipment date is when we send the item you ordered, not when it is delivered to you.
If you use a postcode and correct address, your order will most likely arrive considerably faster.
It is your obligation to ensure that the delivery address you use is correct for any order you place. If you enter the incorrect address during checkout, you 100% liable for this. If the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying postage again.
